We have been involved with many projects within the hospitality sector; this has included a combination of refurbishments, extensions and maintenance contracts.
Many of these projects were carried out in occupied buildings and the works were staged to allow trading to continue. Our experience in developing accurate construction programs and maintaining them throughout the project has been crucial to ensure projects are completed on or ahead of time. Our in-house experience and understanding of the industry ensures projects are completed smoothly and to the client’s expectation.
Residential
We have successfully completed many residential projects ranging from smaller renovations to complete new builds. Regardless of its value or size, developing, project managing and constructing residential property, the team ensures that the highest quality is achieved to ensure we meet or exceed our client’s expectations.
By working closely with the client, architect and consultants we ensure that we understand exactly what the client requires and that initiatives and problem solving are worked through in a timely and efficient manner to guarantee the end result.
Commercial & Industrial
We have gained experience through ongoing relationships with our clients and consultants within the commercial & industrial sectors. We have had the opportunity to deliver on many commercial offices, warehouses, shop fit outs and maintenance projects.
We can offer project management along with a range of other services including cost planning, lump sum, construction management, design and construction.
Education & Healthcare
We have vast experience in the education & healthcare sector and as a result understands the need for professionalism and the high level of conduct required in these sensitive environments.
We have been involved in new builds, additions and alterations, fit outs and many maintenance projects, from large campus redevelopments to the construction of individual buildings for a single school. Due to our competitive quoting, our reliable service and the highest quality of workmanship we have been extremely successful in securing many school projects over the past 6 years. Our experience in carrying out works in an operational / live environment also allows us to deliver projects while continually ensuring the safety of all students and staff using the school campus and facilities throughout the project.
NSW & Local Government
We have successfully secured a place on a number of Building Works Panels for a number of government agencies. Pre qualification onto the preferred supplier registers allows Cooper the advantage of only tendering against a small number of other pre qualified builders as opposed to the open market for projects less than $150,000.
