St Justin's Primary School
Client - Catholic Education Office - Wollongong
Build Cost - $6.5M
Construction Stage 4 of a new primary school. The scope of works included the construction of 14 classrooms (including 2 special education classrooms) in 2 buildings, which collectively totaled 1,500m2. Additional works included the expansion of the covered walkway network, car parking and all associated site works.
St Therese Primary School, Mascot
Client - Catholic Education Office - Sydney
Build Cost - $2.6M
St Therese School is the largest inner city primary school in the Archdiocese of Sydney.
Cooper was successful in the tender for the new build of a classroom and administration block including a new COLA and landscaping. The construction works were undertaken within an operating primary school and the team had to overcome difficult and challenging circumstances within a sensitive environment.
Sacred Heart Primary School, Mt Druitt
Client - Catholic Education Office - Parramatta
Build Cost - $2.8M
Construction of a new multi purpose outdoor learning centre inclusive of a new canteen, toilets, hall, stage, break out rooms, new rubber soft fall and outdoor shade structure. All works were completed within a working occupied school. We worked closely with the school to minimise disruptions. All movement on the school site was managed to ensure the safety and well being of the school children, teachers and community.
