Extensive renovation of the basement space of Caringbah Hotel. Works included the structural upgrade for a new pizza bar and restaurant with a commercial kitchen and facade.
Glenmore Hotel

Cooper was successful in winning this open tender for a repeat client. The project included the extensive renovation to a 3 level heritage listed hotel inclusive of facade refurbishment and a rooftop clear glazed weather proof structure.
The works included substantial excavation and the installation of a lift to service all floors. We were able to work closely with the client and numerous authorities to ensure a successful project with all finishes to a high standard.

Renovation of of 1st Fleet bar and dining space within heritage pub.
Tonda Pizza Sydney

Tenancy fit out including commercial litchen with pizza ovens. Project completed on time and with minimal variations and no defects.
The tenancy was located within Broadway Shopping Centre and we worked closely alongside centre management, security and the other tenancies to ensure the project ran smoothly with minimal disruption.
Gazebo Kings Cross

Build Cost - $550,000
Cooper originally renovated Gazebo in 2008 and were the successful builder for the more recent refurbishment in 2014.
The works included an extensive internal and external fit out including timber sash windows, custom made timber ceiling, new bar areas, commercial kitchen works and extensive joinery.
The project was completed on time within a very tight deadline and on budget.

Manly Winery
Client - Keystone Hospitality Build Cost - $270,000 Cooper were originally involved in the fit out of Manly Wine in 2011 and also more recently in 2014. The fit out incorporates extensive timber joinery and finishes, a new cafe/takeaway bar and a new configured floor plan to include a new bar area.
